Vicki Bissonnette, CPDT-KA, CFFP
I stepped into the world of animal care in 2011 after leaving the corporate side of healthcare. What began as volunteering at an animal shelter while figuring out what I wanted to do next quickly grew into a series of opportunities - working with dogs in a daycare setting, job shadowing at various training facilities, and eventually joining CATCH Canine Academy in 2014.
In 2015, we brought home a six-month-old German Shepherd - my "someday dog", my heart breed. These days, we share our home with three amazing (and sometimes spicy) dogs, along with 6 chickens... who can also be spicy!
The journey I've been on, and the struggles along the way, have been where I've grown the most - both personally and professionally. Dog behavior is an ever-evolving field, and as our understanding of how dogs think and learn continues to grow, it fuels my passion to keep learning right alongside it.
My vision is to build a connected, supportive community of dog people. I have a few ideas brewing and would love to hear yours, too.
When I'm not doing dog related things, you'll usually find me in my other happy place - gardening or working on home improvement projects. I'm also happy to introduce you to Sarah, who has recently joined us. She's a wonderful addition to the 4 on the Floor family, and I'm excited to watch her learn and grow with us.
We look forward to meeting you and your dogs, and growing together along the way!

Hi, my name is Sarah Biron and I have 20 years experience in working with animals. I started out bathing dogs and volunteering at a cat shelter at the age of 14. From there my love of working with animals grew, leading me to pursue my Small Animal Science degree at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. After gaining knowledge and experience in a variety of areas in the animal care field I decided to further my education and get my pet grooming certificate at Jan Waldos Grooming School located in Hooksett NH.
After working as a groomer for a few years at Oh My Dog in Dublin NH I decided to branch out on my own and provide specialized in-home dog and cat grooming. My specialty is pets that can't go to a regular groomer because they struggle with fear and anxiety around the grooming process, and to educate owners on the details of grooming and why their dog is having the fears they are. I have been providing these in-home grooming since 2015.
When I'm not working with animals, I am a mom of 3 kids and a pet mom to my 1-year-old potcake rescue, 3 cats, 6 chickens, and 2 guinea pigs. In early 2025 I found myself needing a dog trainer to help me work with my new puppy Hooty. I was connected with my now good friend Vicki. I am looking forward to assisting owners in strengthening the bond between them and their pets with my current experience and knowledge as well as gaining new experience and knowledge through training and field experience.

I would like to Introduce to you Gary and Willow, well sort of....
Gary is more of the "behind the scenes" guy. He keeps up with my crazy ideas and creations. You may see him occasionally helping out with dog training as the new person for the shy or exuberate dogs, to practice what needs to be practiced.

In 2023 we adopted willow. Her and I have put in a lot of work over the last three years. I never set out to have her become a helper dog; however, I have been blessed that she an emotionally balanced dog. She helps dogs that need help with confidence, fearfulness, and dog reactive dogs when it's safe to do so.
You may see these two around, so they deserve an introduction.
